Jeremiah Hodges was born in Clarksville, Tennessee, and attended high school in New Hope, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a member of the National ATLA Trial Team and the National Civil Trial Competition Team. He also received the George Peach Taylor Award for Trial Advocacy and the American Judicature Society Award based upon his outstanding trial skills.
Hodges shares Cole’s belief in the justice system, and he continues to sharpen his advocacy abilities as he represents the interests of people injured by the negligence and wrongful conduct of individuals, large corporations, and insurance companies.
Hodges believes in the concept of individual responsbility, particularly as it applies to big business. He enjoys holding companies, including 18 wheeler trucking outfits, accountable for their conduct when they act egregiously and hurt people.
